The company was founded by Dillon, who brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade. His career began in the Electrical Trades Program at Canadian Valley Technology Center in El Reno, Oklahoma, where he developed a strong technical foundation and work ethic. From there, Dillon worked his way through nearly every facet of the electrical industry, gaining real world experience that continues to shape how ONE 8 Electric operates today.

Throughout his career, Dillon has worked in both service and large-scale project environments. He spent years running service calls ranging from small residential repairs to complex commercial troubleshooting, building strong problem-solving skills and an appreciation for clear communication with customers. He has also managed and worked on long-term commercial projects that required setting up on job sites for months at a time, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining strict timelines and code compliance.

Dillon’s project experience includes work on department stores, gas stations, schools, gyms, and commercial cafeterias. These projects demanded precision, organization, and a deep understanding of electrical systems at scale; experience that ultimately gave him the confidence to start his own company in early 2020.

One 8 Electric was officially founded in February of 2020, beginning with just one man and one service truck. Through hard work, attention to detail, and the support of loyal customers, the company has grown steadily. Today, ONE 8 Electric operates with two skilled teams and our own shop, allowing us to take on larger projects while still providing the personalized service our customers value.
